Return Policy

Rock Island Diamond Company offers an exchange or store credit on returns, within five days of purchase. Iif you determine prior to use of the item that you do not like it or it was not what you anticipated it to be, please contact us for return instructions. The 5-day guarantee starts the day you receive the merchandise. Once we receive the merchandise, we will exchange or upgrade your item or issue a store credit for the purchase price less the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds on special or custom jewelry. To return merchandise, call us at (309) 794-1303 for a return authorization number to put on the outside of the package and for the return shipping address. Make sure you insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and include all of the paperwork you received. The item must be returned unworn and undamaged in the same condition that it was sent.

Tax

We are an Illinois based company, so we must charge 7.0% sales tax to all items purchased within the state of Illinois.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for purchases up to $2,500.00. Purchases that total above $2,500.00 must be made by bank check, cashier's check, or money order. Call (309) 794-1303 for details.

Shipping

We only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally. We only ship to credit card billing addresses. If you need your package shipped elsewhere, you will have to call us directly at (309) 794-1303 to make other arrangements. Shipping cost will depend on the insured value of the item(s) being shipped. Average cost is between $15.00 to $45.00. Our fee includes handling, packaging and insurance. Insured, Next Day FedEx Service: $14.95 per shipment. Please note that orders shipped on a Friday are delivered on the following Monday
